Thank you for your interest in becoming a retailer for Knickernappies products! 

I am accepting wholesale customers who have an established brick & mortar store or an established online store. 

I do not accept co-op orders or group buying. 

Minimum orders: To open your account, the minimum initial order is $250.  Subsequent orders have no minimum.  All orders must be prepaid.  I accept Paypal and all credit cards.

Dropshipping:  As a retailer myself, I understand the value of dropshipping.  After the initial order is met, I am happy to do dropshipping.  I do charge a dropship fee of $2, so please add this to your order.  If you forget, I will add it for you. 

You are responsible for your customers.  If your customer would like to return an item, it must be returned to you. 

Shipping: Shipping via USPS and FedEx.  Currently, orders ship within 48 hours.

International orders:  You may choose from a variety of international shipping options.   

I will not falsify the customs forms so please do not ask me to do so.    

Samples: Once approved as a retailer, you may place one order for one diaper at the wholesale price to try on your own baby.  You may place this order prior to the initial opening order.  Samples are only sold to approved retailers with an established store. 

Pricing Policy: The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has what is called a "Take it or Leave it" policy regarding pricing. While they prohibit individual pricing agreements (aka price fixing), they do allow a manufacturer to stop supplying a retailer who goes against the manufacturers resale price policy.  Here is our policy:

I reserve the right to stop supplying products to any retailer who sells Knickernappies products for less than the MSRP listed on Knickernappies.com. 

However, short term and infrequent sales are allowed provided they lower the price no more than 10% and have a specified end date.  If your sale is lower than this, I will email you and request that you bring your pricing up to the policy. 

MSRP:

1-5 diapers = $15.95 each

6-11 diapers = $15.75 each

12-17 diapers= $15.50 each

18-23 diapers = $15.25 each

24+ diapers = $14.95 each

Free shipping or free microfiber inserts may be given at your own discretion.

I do not allow selling of Knickernappies on ebay unless they are used items.  If you are closing your store, please contact me about liquidating your inventory. 

Images and Text: You may use any images or text from the Knickernappies site.  If you have an awesome photo editing program and want to touch up pictures before you use them, let me know...I want some!  I will be having professional photos taken soon, but for now we're stuck with my old digital camera.  I would consider a trade for anyone who can take professional photos and edit them for me. 

Return Policy: Any item you buy may be returned to me after 90 days from the purchase date but no longer than one year.  I ask that you display the item for 90 days.  If it doesn't sell, I'll gladly take it back as long as it's an item I still offer.  A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Damaged/Defective Items:  If an item is damaged in transit, you have 14 days to notify me.  I will replace the item at no charge to you and send an envelope for you to return the damaged item. 

If items are defective (missing snaps, funky elastic, etc), then they may be returned to me for full credit at any time.  I inspect all items, but they may slip past me from time to time. 

Snaps and elastic are guaranteed for one year.  In that time, a customer may return a diaper to me at no charge to themselves.  I will repair or replace, then mail it back to them.  After one year, I am happy to repair if it is repairable at no charge.  The customer simply has to pay to ship it to me.  I will pay to return it to them. 

Leaking or wicking is not considered a defect.  If your customer has trouble with leaking or wicking, refer them to me and I will help however I can.  But I cannot be responsible for how they care for their diapers.

Finally: Like most of you, I am a work-at-home mom.  My daughter almost always "helps" me.  I do all of the website updating, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, etc myself.  I also do a lot of the sewing, photography, and other tasks.  When you call, I will answer the phone.  I have no staff aside from my 2 year old and my husband who works full time.  I say all of this to remind you...be patient with me!  I truly care about each of my retailers and their customers.  I want you to have the best experience possible with Knickernappies products.  But I am one person who does make mistakes.  Please kindly let me know if I've made a mistake on your order and I will do whatever I can to correct it.
